The client which has more than 2500 pet stores and vets across the Asia Pacific needed automation of online order fulfillment process and it a crucial success factor for the client.
The client offers Pet ID Tags, Health Insurance, Pet Name Database and serving more than 2 million satisfied pet owners in over 75 countries.
The online security of the coupon ordering system was a big concern for the client in addition to the promotional offers that were being released through portal.
The company supported wide range of tags & pet products around the world and thus needed to offer a choice of over 200 tag options. Also the pet ID tags were to have different shapes, sizes and colors to choose from.
The company offers Pet Health Insurance policies that cover up to 80% of vet bills and support flexible options for injuries and illnesses.

Solution Provided

Implemented the warehouse drop-ship concept using which the customer's order which could be forwarded to the nearest pet store as per the customer’s given shipping address.
Designing of mobile app that offered a hassle-free coupon ordering system and made selling & ordering the pet tags even easier.
Incorporated the pet tag designer tool using which customers could customize the tag with their pet's name and contact information.
